Aim:
In modern education, especially within the life sciences, creating an environment where both educators and learners can thrive is essential for effective learning and development. Traditional educational settings often reflect power dynamics that can hinder open communication, equitable learning opportunities, and student empowerment. This workshop aims to address these challenges by equipping lecturers with practical strategies to rebalance power dynamics, promote inclusivity, and foster a supportive learning environment.
