Objectives: To provide the opportunity for young scientists (PhD students, postdocs, and young teachers) but also for senior scientists to improve skills that will help them to increase the quality of their current, but also possible future jobs. This event will enable development and enhancement of the skills required for successful mentoring of PhD students, skills appreciated by non-academic research institutions, and skills necessary for writing successful project application and good scientific papers, which are some of the most appreciated ones among scientists.
